Shipping policy
Order Processing All products are made to order and printed by our production partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at BRAENORTHSTORE@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
